I love developing teams and finding the best role for people, allowing them to really thrive. Successful teams aren’t cookie cutter – it’s crucial to value complementary skills and perspectives. People then naturally bring the best of themselves to their work.
I have more than 20 years’ experience in the public, private and voluntary sectors in the UK, working on branding, communications, PR and community building. I’ve worked in Westminster, The National Archives and Museum of London and founded several community-based organisations. I have branded and launched multiple exhibitions, projects and businesses and love the mix of creativity and strategy needed to get it right.
The best thing about my role at Arcwing is the variety: something different every day because each company we work with has different needs. People respond to my enthusiasm and I’m quick to see what is needed, which really helps with new businesses where there’s a lot to initiate and get done.
I hold a Bachelors in Economics and a Masters in International Politics from the University of Stellenbosch, South Africa.
