Lena Rodionova

I support Arcwing and its business partners across anything to do with finance, from keeping track of company accounts and chasing payments through to helping to manage suppliers. I love the responsibility and variety that comes with the role: working with several companies at the same time means it never gets repetitive, and it’s always fast-paced.   

I hold a degree in Business Management from Volgograd State University, and worked in a few small businesses before pursuing a career in finance. I think that experience really helps with my role at Arcwing, because I know what it’s like when you’re working hard for every sale, and every day brings another challenge to solve.

I’m passionate and enthusiastic in everything I do. I always give it my best while taking note of the ways to improve, because that way I’m always learning something new. I’ve learnt how important it is to be there for your colleagues if they need help and they’ll support you in return. That’s what makes a great team work.
