Over the past 20 years, I’ve learnt that hard work is the foundation for success, but growth is all about people. I love working with founders, entrepreneurs, investors, management teams and companies in diverse sectors, helping them to create and realise value.
I built a career as investment banker at two American banks: Credit Suisse First Boston and Jefferies, where I advised clients on buying, selling and financing companies. I founded my own independent advisory business, focused on selling companies for founders and PE owners and worked as CFO for a private equity-backed technology business, successfully exiting the investment for them.
The part of my role I enjoy most is bringing together a fantastic team of people who can achieve great things together. When a team gels and the progress accelerates, it never fails to put a smile on my face.
I hold Masters’ degrees from the London School of Economics and Rotterdam School of Management.
